Delivery

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to P.O. Boxes, if the item is small and going by mail, such as photos.

No, if you are shipping a frame, then that is going by a courier, and our couriers can not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I provide delivery instructions?

Yes, during the checkout process there is a comment box for special delivery instructions. When providing instructions to leave a parcel at a specific location, you are committing to full responsibility for the parcel being left unattended.

Can I ship to an overseas address?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within New Zealand, we aim to have orders dispatched within 2-3 business days and then once picked up our courier partners can take up to 2-3 business days to deliver within. We will get in touch with customers if their order has had a significant delay.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm your order is on its way to you.

Shipping Costs

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will know the full cost before confirming your order. Shipping on framed items is including in the list price for items being shipped within New Zealand.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my purchase?

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 7 days. Returned items need to be shipped with care and at the customer’s expense. There is a 10 percent restocking fee, as all items are printed when purchased, and we may not have a new buyer for your exact item right away. Defective items can be returned without a restocking fee for a replacement.

I have requested a refund; how long will it take until I see this in my account?

As soon as we receive your package back, we can process your refund within 5 business days.

Taxes and customs charges

If you reside in the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, all duty and customs charges are included in our prices. Any Sales Tax, GST, VAT etc due in your country is charged as an extra on our invoices and paid by us or our agents at the border.

In countries other than those listed you will be responsible for paying any duties, sales tax and customs clearance charges that may be due on entry to your country. In such cases, DHL will invoice you for these charges. You should expect to pay them before the goods are delivered.
